How often can I schedule cleaning services?
We offer flexible scheduling options, including daily housekeeping, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time deep cleans.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use specific products, just let us know!
Can I request green or eco-friendly cleaning products?
Absolutely. We offer eco-friendly options for a small additional fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare.
Booking and Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept physical payment in forms of credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. We aslo accept digital payment through Venmo, Cash app, and Paypal.
Payment is due upon service completion.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
During the Cleaning
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, its not required. Many clients provide us with a key or access instructions. Just let us know what you’re comfortable with.
How may cleaners will be in my home?
Typically, we send a team of 1-2 cleaners, depending on the size of the job.
Can I make special requests, such as cleaning specific areas?
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate specific requests. Just let us know in advance or when booking.
Do you clean pet hair and stains?
Yes, we’re pet friendly! We’ll do our best to remove pet hair and stains, but we may recommend additional services for tougher stains.
Do you clean pet accidents or litter boxes?
Yes, however due to the bio hazard we charge an extra fee per cleaning.
Safety and Trust
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes, all our team members undergo background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
What happens if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
We take great care of your home and belongings but we are human. If an accident occurs, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re fully insured and will handle the situation professionally.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we’re fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
What health and safety measures do you take?
Our team follows all recommended health guidelines, including keeping strict sick policies, wearing protective gloves and shoe covers, and sanitizing equipment between each cleaning.
What is your sick policy for cleaners?
At Lion’s Cleaning Service, we priotize the health and safety of bothe our clients and staff. If a team member is feeling unwell, especially with symptoms of contaious illnesses, they are require to stay home. We will make every effort to provide a replacemnet cleaner or reschedule the cleaning service at your convenience. If you or anyone in your household is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your service to a later date to ensure everyone’s well-being.
